The Flamingo UG EPC Project was an overhead to underground conversion project which removed 4500’ of transmission line with distribution under build on Flamingo Blvd., Las Vegas. SWP Environmental Services Co (SWP) was responsible for environmental training of crews, the acquisition of the dust permit, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and development of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (TESCP).
