SWP was retained to provide QA/QC and Construction management services on this Puget Sound Energy (PSE) substation project in Cle Elum, Washington.
The project included oversight of clearing and grubbing of the existing forest; surveying, civil work, material inventory-delivery-ordering and reconciliation; geo-tech testing on rock source, site material testing and concrete testing.
