SWP Environmental Services was hired to complete restoration work at areas where crews performed clean up and repaired damaged transmission lines from the December 2007 storm which affected the Grays Harbor PUD areas in Washington.  Responsibilities include erosion control at tower locations, re-contouring tower locations and roads, seeding and mulching, spreading straw and installing silt fence to protect various streams.
