Portland General Electric retained the services of SWP to provide onsite QA/QC and construction management services on this wind farm project. SWP’s Sr. Construction Inspector onsite is responsible for providing construction oversight to ensure that the current and latest designs and drawings are used by the contractor and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include inspecting the work at each stage to ensure compliance, providing support to the electrical inspection staff, and acting as a liaison with local landowners and various city and county representatives.
